The 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline - Call 988
This line connects you with a crisis center in the Lifeline network closest to your location. Your call will be answered by a trained crisis worker who will listen empathetically and without judgment. The crisis worker will work to ensure that you feel safe and help identify options and information about mental health services in your area. Your call is confidential and free.
National Domestic Violence Hotline – Call 800-799-SAFE (7233)
Trained expert advocates are available 24/7 to provide confidential support to anyone experiencing domestic violence or seeking resources and information. Help is available in Spanish and other languages.

211 is a comprehensive source of locally curated social services information. Highly trained specialists are available 24/7 to help you access the best local services and resources to address any need. You can call, text or chat 211 to speak with a community resource specialist. You’ll find help with supplemental food and nutrition programs, shelter and housing options and utilities assistance, emergency information and disaster relief, employment and education opportunities, services for veterans, health care, vaccination and health epidemic information, reentry help for ex-offenders, support group for individuals with mental illness or special needs, a safe confidential path out of physical and/ or emotional domestic violence.

The NAMI HelpLine is a free, nationwide peer-support service providing information, resource referrals and support to people living with mental health conditions, their family members and caregivers, mental health providers and the public. HelpLine staff and volunteers are experienced, well-trained and able to provide guidance.

NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness)
NAMI is an organization that provides resources and support for those dealing with mental health issues. Resources include online educational material, educational workshops, a helpline that provides free information, as well as regional support groups. NAMI also participates in awareness events and activities, including Mental Illness Awareness Week and NAMIWalks, that fight stigma and encourage understanding.
